The Phoenix, The Werewolf, The Bat And The Dragon.
Blaze quickly swooped down in to the chasm after just seeing Demon Hunter fall, he dived as fast as possible. As he went further in to the chasm he finally Demon Hunter, the flames around him died down and he grabbed Demon Hunter. “It’s ok Jack, I’ve got you.” Blaze whispered as he swung him and Demon Hunter around and fired his kunai knife at the ledge of the cavern. It lodge itself to the edge and then Blaze hit the recoil and was sent heading towards the ledge. As he reached the edge, he grabbed on with his free hand and threw Demon Hunter over the edge. His wound in his stomach had completely healed now, the neck wound was just starting to heal as well.
Cerebral turned to face them both, his nails extended slightly and he dashed towards Blaze will he tried to climb back up. “Your mine!” Cerebral yelled, Blaze instantly turned his head and saw Cerebral heading straight towards him. Cerebral pulled back his hand and got ready to thrust it in to Blaze. Suddenly Ice kicked Cerebral square in the head, he managed to push of his head and flipped back around to face him again. “Dual Ice Cutter” Ice swiped through the air sending lines of ice are Cerebral.
The ice tore in to his chest slightly leaving an cross mark in it Cerebral landing on the ground skidding and stopped just before a chasm. Ice landed on his feet and turned to face Blaze who was kneeling besides Demon Hunter. “Get out of here. Take him to a safe distance okay. He has to heal!” Ice shouted as he turned his head back to face Cerebral who was back on his feet. “Don’t die Ice!” Blaze replied as he flung Demon Hunter over his soldier and ran off towards the trees.
“You believe that you can defeat me do you then Ice!” Cerebral yelled angered by the interruption. “We won’t know unless I try will we?” Ice replied with a smile on his face, the wound on Cerebral had already fully healed. “I suppose you will, Let’s begin then Ice. I am going to enjoy devouring you” Cerebral replied as started to levitate in the air. Ice dashed forward as did Cerebral. The both sliced the air as they both managed to dodge each other moves. Suddenly a gust of wind started to push Ice backwards, Ice quickly turned and used the gust to get some distance. Cerebral stood still as Ice ran. Eventually he stopped and turned around.
“It doesn’t far you move, my moves will always hit you. That is the power of the wind demon” Cerebral said smiling as he swiped the air with one of his hands. The wind shot forward in a visible wave. Ice managed to block with one of his swords but the impact pushed him back slightly. The wave split around him but the ends went past him and cut through the trees. Cerebral was still smiling when suddenly the ground beneath Ice shot upwards and wrapped around Ice before he could move. It went up to his elbows and began to squeeze tightly. “How does it feel, I am have so many powers to use against you. I would understand it you wanted to give up now Ice” Cerebral said confidently. Ice surprisingly smiled as it began to squeeze tighter. “I will never give up Cerebral, ha” Ice said laughing.
“It seems you have gone insane Ice, but if you so want death then I suppose I can oblige” Cerebral said as he raised both his arms in a cross formation. “goodbye Ice” Cerebral said as he slashed the air sending air waves at Ice. Suddenly a tower of Ice shot upwards from beneath Ice shattering the rock prison. The wind slashed through the ice shattering the base of it. The tower began to topple forward as Ice stood on top smiling.
Ice pounced of the ice tower and headed straight at Cerebral. Cerebral just stood there as Ice dashed through him. Cerebral got knocked flying across the air and landed with a thump on the ground. Ice staggered forwards when he landed before collapsing to knees, deep line cut across his chest he clutched it in pain. Cerebral had another cross mark in his chest but it was already healing. Ice clambered to his feet as did Cerebral. Ice wound had also healed, he looked straight at Cerebral who did the same. “It seems no cutting or piercing attack has much effect. I will just have to cut off your head!” Cerebral yelled as he started to levitate, “Exactly my thoughts” Ice replied but he put both of his swords back in to their sheaths.
“Had enough Ice?” Cerebral asked puzzled, “no just preparing” Ice quickly replied, suddenly tiny blue hairs started to appear everywhere where there wasn’t a tattoo. His nails became encased in ice and longer to look like claws. His ears became more pointed, and his teeth more jagged. His arms and legs bulked up and became more muscular. His mouth also began to stick out of his face more like a dog’s, his entire body had changed. “So your inner beast was a werewolf then, it won’t help you much though Ice” Cerebral said as he dashed towards the new Ice.
Ice looked up and started to growl, he bent down on all fours as Cerebral grew ever closer. Suddenly two spikes of ice shot forth from his shoulder tattoos. Cerebral had no time to dodge as the spikes became lodged in both of his shoulders. Cerebral skidded backwards as he landed on his feet. Ice pounced forward running on all fours at Cerebral. Cerebral pulled out the spikes and threw them at Ice just as he leapt at him. But the shards of ice just shattered under Ice’s control. Ice landed straight on Cerebral and plunged on his claws deep in to Cerebral’s chest. His icy nails shot forward and went straight through Cerebral.
Cerebral let out a scream as they went through, Cerebral quickly lost his temper as he slashed across Ice’s exposed face. Ice jumped back and slashed upwards across his chest. Cerebral dashed forward and uppercut him, Ice flew upward, Cerebral continued to attack as he swung his foot through the air the wave slashed through Ice’s exposed back. Cerebral then slashed through the air again with his hands in the shape of a cross. The attack tore again in to Ice’s back, as Ice began to fall back down to earth Cerebral dashed forward to catch him.
Cerebral grabbed hold of neck with his right hand, and began to squeeze. Ice’s body returned to normal as he was held lifelessly. “You put up a valiant effort, but this state will not last long so I have to finish this. I will claim your head as my prize.” Cerebral said as his left hand nails became extra long. He lifted Ice up slightly more before letting go, as Ice began to fall he quickly swung his left hand round. Before it could reach Ice’s neck a kunai knife hit his arm and pulled him round. Cerebral spun round and instantly another kunai knife lodge it self in Cerebral’s chest.
“I don’t think so!” Blaze said confidently as he sent fire down the wires, Cerebral quickly caught ablaze as the fire spread across his body. Cerebral screamed in pain as he swiped away the kunai knifes. He quickly summoned a strong gust of wind which quickly put out the fire. “Look what you’ve done!” Cerebral yelled as his clothes were now ruined. “Oh very sorry” Blaze joked as he dashed forward slashing diagonally across his chest, Cerebral staggered backwards as another swipe cut in vertically sending him off the ground slightly. Cerebral kept on flying and sky rocketed in to the sky.
He floated there for a while looking down at Blaze, Blaze picked up and carried Ice off to edge while he got his strength back. Cerebral had now fully healed, Blaze flew up in to the air after Cerebral. “You fool, I have the advantage in the air!” Cerebral yelled as he dived bombed Blaze sending him crashing back down to the ground. “But then again I have the advantage over you anywhere.” Cerebral gloated as he landed back on the ground below. Blaze quickly rose to his feet “do you think is all I have got!” Blaze shouted as he swung his left around. “Blaze Whip!” He quickly shouted as the chain wrapped around Cerebral until the kunai knife cut and lodged in to Cerebral’s arm.
Cerebral started to struggle to get free, Blaze knew he had to act quickly as he fired other kunai knife and managed to wrap it around his feet. And in one smooth motion pulled the right one sweeping Cerebral off his feet as the kunai knife returned Blaze pulled the left one, as it unravelled Cerebral span round and round while the kunai cut in to him. Blood sprayed everywhere, as he span in the end after a while the kunai knife unravelled and returned to blaze. Cerebral hit the ground with a thump, as he struggled to rise to his feet. As he stood up he smiled as his injuries already started healing. “How are you healing so fast!” Blaze shouted surprised. “It seems my body has updated the nanomachines they are instantaneous in healing, rather then waiting for the bodies to start healing first. I am closer then ever to achieving my goal, you are one of the only people left in my way. Now stop struggling and just die now okay” Cerebral said as his wounds finished healing.
“I am not finished quite left” Blaze replied as stretched out his arms in opposite directions. The kunai knifes then shot forward before Blaze grabbed hold of the wire after about a metre. Blaze then became engulfed in fire and span on the spot. As he started to spin faster and faster waves of flames began to appear spinning around him. Soon it became huge towering in to the sky it self. Cerebral held his hand and placed a finger in the centre of his palm. He quickly spun his finger forming a circle as he spun it faster a mini tornado started to appear in the middle of his hand.
Blaze finished his move and swung both hands in the direction of Cerebral, “Blazin Tornado” Blaze shouted as the fire tornado headed straight at Cerebral. Cerebral raised his hand to his mouth and blew on the tornado, it quickly left his hand and headed towards Blaze’s tornado. Cerebral’s tornado instantly scattered Blaze’s tornado. “No way!” Blaze yelled as the tornado started to head straight at him. Blaze quickly got swept up, and couldn’t control his body as he flipped and turned through the tornado and he span around and around. Cerebral dashed in to the tornado after him, Blaze continued to spin “Damn I can’t do anything!” Blaze thought to himself as he flew around the tornado.
Then he so Cerebral, Cerebral flew straight at him. Blaze was unable to move as Cerebral grew closer. As Cerebral reached him he stuck his hand in to his stomach and his nails shot forward through his body. Blood spurted out of his mouth and his leant forward in pain. The tornado suddenly disappeared around them, and Cerebral removed his hand. Blaze then started to fall suddenly Cerebral thrust his foot in to his face as his face sending Blaze in to the lines of trees. The trees toppled and shattered as Blaze smacked in to them. Cerebral fell back to earth and landed gently.
As he looked forward Demon Hunter was standing in front of him on the opposite side of a chasm with his sword withdrawn. “This time you will not survive Demon Hunter. I will take all of your heads as my personal prize” Cerebral said as his nails extended. Demon Hunter just stood there absolutely still. “No last words then. Fine Now DIE!” Cerebral shouted as he dashed through the air towards Demon Hunter. Demon Hunter just stood perfectly still as though nothing was happening. Just as Cerebral reached him his sword cut through his chest in an instance. Cerebral flew backwards grabbing his chest. He skidded along the floor until he finally stopped. He slowly rose back up to his feet, his wound healed but Demon Hunter had not moved a single step.
“Stop making a fool out of me!” Cerebral yelled as he once again dashed forward. As Cerebral grew closer Demon Hunter also dashed forward he quickly swung his sword cutting across Cerebral chest once again, but this time Demon Hunter thrust his palm at Cerebral’s chest, ball of energy shot forward sending Demon Hunter skidding backwards a little bit after releasing in. Cerebral flew through the air as the ball pushed him along until it finally expanded in to a sphere crushing Cerebral against the side of a chasm wall. The one side of the field Demon Hunter was standing one was beginning to crumble away. Demon Hunter dashed towards Cerebral. As the sphere disappeared Cerebral hovered for a few moments before he began to fall. Demon Hunter’s thrust in to his chest and impaled him on to the wall. Cerebral screamed in agony, as he looked up his saw Demon Hunter staring at him his expression blank but his eyes seemed to staring in to his soul.
Cerebral raised his arms and slash through the creating a wave of wind that flew towards Demon Hunter. Demon Hunter quickly removed his sword and jumped up and out of the way. The attack hit the crumbling ground and it collapsed creating an even bigger chasm. Cerebral flipped back up on to the side and Demon Hunter landed on the ground the other side of the chasm. “That’s it, I’ve had enough of this!” Cerebral shouted as he held out his and created another mini tornado by spinning his finger around the centre of his palm. “Cerebral Tornado!” He shouted as he blew on it sending it flying towards Demon Hunter
Demon Hunter stood there unmoving as the tornado swept him up in to the air, he slowly began to spin and flip in the air but his body remained stiff and unmoving. Cerebral jumped up and flew in to the tornado. Cerebral soon saw him floating helplessly, he flew straight for him. He extended his nails as he drew closer, he thrust his arm forwards but Demon Hunter managed to grab it, he brought he sword forward past Cerebral and thrust it in to his back. Cerebral yelled in anger, Demon Hunter removed the sword and thrust it several times in to his back. The tornado died around them, and Demon Hunter let go of Cerebral arm. He then slashed across his chest and sending back towards the ground. Cerebral landed on his back and bounced a few inches of the ground before finally settling.
Demon Hunter gently landed back down on the ground, his expression hadn’t changed and his eyes constantly stared at Cerebral. Cerebral gathered to his feet, his wounds have healed but he was starting to shake. “Ha I am starting to feel weak. Ha I guess these nanomachines draw their power from our bodies. No wonder I heal faster then the rest, I have assume more souls so there is more bodies to draw upon. This fight can not go on much longer I won’t be able to heal.” Cerebral thought to himself and he shakily gathered to his feet.
Blaze and Ice came running along and stood just behind Demon Hunter on either side. “Your finished Cerebral, there is no way you can win against all three of us!” Blaze shouted as he arrived in position. “Just give up and admit your fate, you have to face up to the sins that you have committed!” Ice shouted as he stopped running besides Demon Hunter. “You fools, you have no clue of the kind of power I hold!” Cerebral shouted as he ripped of his tie. He then threw off his jacket and shirt as well. “Behold my power!” He gloated as he stretched out both his arms. Suddenly his muscles bulged and his chest expanded. Wings shot forth from underneath his arms, which stretched down to his hips. His extended and reached above his head, his mouth became slighter wider and his teeth longer. His chest became coated in tiny black hairs.
“Do you see my power!” Cerebral yelled as he flapped his wings, Ice and Blaze braised themselves as the wind pushed past them. They had to shield themselves by placing their arms in front of their faces. Demon Hunter just stood there as his hair and jacket swayed in the wind. Then Cerebral started to screech, Blaze and Ice instantly covered their ears as the ground beneath them began to crack and fall apart. “We’ve got to get out of here Ice, this is insane!” Blaze yelled hoping Ice could hear over the screeching. “I agree, head back for the trees!” Ice shouted as Blaze and Ice both started to run towards the trees. Cerebral started to flap his wings and take to the sky.
The wind pushed past Demon Hunter all the way to the trees which started to topple over from it. Demon Hunter grabbed hold of his sword and put it in its sheath. He held it there as Cerebral continued to fly upwards. Demon Hunter’s feet began to glow, and little lines of light escaped from the sheath. Cerebral finally stopped gaining altitude, “This is it, your finished!” Cerebral shouted down to Demon Hunter as he flapped both his wings together as hard as he could creating a huge wave of air. Demon Hunter used the energy in his feet and leapt in to the air. The ground beneath his feet shattered and crumbled away and the air wave hit. Cerebral then raised a giant rock up towards his side. Demon Hunter continued to rise upwards as he held on to this sword. Even more light started to escape from the sheath as he started to level out with Cerebral
Cerebral thrust his left wing back, the rock crumbled until all that was left was a spear made out of rock. He then brought his wing forward again and the spear went flying towards Demon Hunter. Demon Hunter’s let out a massive scream as the sheath around his sword cracked and blew apart. He quickly threw his sword at Cerebral at tremendous speeds. Both the spear and sword flew past each other in the middle and continued on their way. The spear went straight through Demon Hunter’s stomach as he started to fall back down to earth.
The sword continued hurtling towards Cerebral, when the dragons on the connector suddenly burst forward wrapping round the round the blades they meet in the middle and opened their mouths. White energy burst forward from their mouths covering Cerebral, Cerebral brought his legs up and put his wings in front of himself to protect himself. The sword burst through the wings and went through Cerebral’s body. Cerebral hovered there suspended for a while, white lines started to spread across Cerebral’s body. Several white balls flew out Cerebral and disappeared in to the distance. “NOOO!” Cerebral screamed as the souls left his body.
His body returned to normal form, as the white lines stopped spreading around his body he just floated there. “Every since my parent’s abandon me on the streets of Russia, i have been so lonely everything was so dark and cold. Every I look somebody have something or had nothing. While I had nothing, then I thought I had found the perfect plan. I would never ever be lonely again but even that was fleeting. It seems I am doomed to be alone for ever. But hear this Demon Hunter I will never die, no matter how many times you send me to hell. I will not go!” Cerebral shouted at Demon Hunter as he fell down to earth. Cerebral then began to plummet back down to earth as well.
As Demon Hunter fell the wind pushed past him, the hole in his chest had already started to heal but Demon Hunter became unconscious. Blaze quickly flew in to the air and grabbed his falling body, he shot his kunai knife and pulled himself to land, as the massive crater was in the centre of the plain. Blaze laid Demon Hunter’s body on the ground and Ice ran over carrying his sword. As they looked over they say Cerebral fall in to the crater and out of sight. “Do you think he will come back?” Blaze asked as he stared at the crater. “Hmm I don’t know, but he has lost most of his powers. He is no longer a threat, plus I don’t think he will try to attack us again” Ice said as he turned his attention back to Demon Hunter
One hour later…
The sun started to set after a long eventful day, Blaze and Ice brought Demon Hunter over to his car. They sat down and leant against it, looking at the setting sun. After a while Demon Hunter started to stir, he finally opened his eyes and looked around. As he rose up he saw Ice and Blaze looking at him. “Wow you really overdid it you know” Blaze said as Demon Hunter smiled at them both. “hey you know we made a pretty good team” Ice said as he offered Demon Hunter a hand up. “What do you say, how about we go it together from here on out?” Ice asked as Demon Hunter inspected the hole in his shirt. “Whatever” he mumbled as he brushed the dirt of his shirt.
Ice smiled and patted him on the back, “that makes us a team then. Let’s go end this war then” Ice said making it seem like a simple matter. Demon Hunter and Ice entered the car and started the engine. “If were a team then we need a name, hmm Blaze’s posse, Blazing Angels, Blaze’s avenger’s there all so good” Blaze said as he pondered about more names. Ice leant out of the window, “hurry up!” Ice shouted as Demon Hunter revved the engine. “Ok, ok I know one you’re bound to like, The Demon Hunter elimination squad. Yeah that’s it.” Blaze said raising an arm in the air. Demon Hunter Winded down his window and popped his head out “just get in the car!” he shouted. “ok sir” Blaze quickly replied as he jumped in the back seat of the car
