Back Story
Sam was a gifted technician and the army paid her way through university seeing her potential early on. She was inducted in to the army as an officer and provided key intel support in several major battles throughout Europe in particular the Spainsh and Paris border battles. After these feats she was promoted to Colnel and placed under the command of General Jacques Pierre who supported her and tutored her in the arts of military warfare, eventually she was given her own units to command. In one of the units Mike and Eric were a part of it, they all quickly became friends. When the Ironfist regime collapsed General Stone created the ELA from it's ruins. To fill the gap in officers Sam was promoted to General and Mike was Promoted to Major.
